The 2024 Off-Season is full swing. Players who are not in an In-Season sport are training 3 Days a week, in addition to their required Weights Class. Players are training Speed & Agility from 3:30 - 4:15pm and then are in the weight room from 4:15 - 5:00pm, on Monday/Tuesday/Thursday. Training is open to Incoming Freshman - Senior.
