Welcome to the home of the Park Hill Athlete Development Program! This website was designed for you to easily navigate through, and get a sense of, what we believe a structured and properly managed strength and conditioning program provides our student-athletes.
A team is only as strong as its foundation and a part of that foundation is forged from its strength & conditioning program. Athletes require a high level of strength, speed, and agility to get in positions to make plays. It is our goal to develop our athletes mentally and physically throughout the course of the year in order for them to perform at their optimal level on GAME DAYS! To achieve this goal our staff has committed to developing a year-round program that emphasizes speed, strength, flexibility, and agility.
Now is the time to train like CHAMPIONS! Throughout this process it is vital that you never give up or become complacent while pursuing our team goals or your personal goals. It is a long process but in the end it is worth the sacrifice!
Remember, Make Yourself Do What You Have To Do, Not What You Want To Do.
Time plays no favorites and will pass whether you act or not.
